1. Surface treatment: firstly, distinguish material quality. To do some suitable Treatment for the surface of adhesive
materials before using such as oil removing and derusting, moisture removing and polishing etc. Oil removing can make
the surface of adhesive materials looks like no oil, impurity and other pollution material. Decontamination can use 120#
gasoline tianna water, methylbenzene or acetic ether etc.General polishing lightly polished with No. 0 or No. 1 sandpaper.Use different agents for different materials, the optional standard is "like dissolves like", and its purpose is to increase the
adhesion of PU material.
2. To coat according to different materials: usually, one time is okay, but it is suggested to coat two times for mushy
4. Gluing method:gluing in the period of adhesion-keeping that is to glue in 0-3' Before the material comes from drying oven. It should be in 2' in winter. Try to glue correctly one time.
5. Pressing method: adjust the press, the time of pressing is 8-12s'.Make it under the condition of no changing of basic materials, the higher the pressing power, the better.
6. Bad coating can make the following effects: the glue line is too thick, cost increase; some position can't be dry
completely and meantime causes "plot glue" which affect the bonding quality;Layer uneven causes part of the region
"plot glue";Portion bounce, blistering phenomenon and etc.
1. Before treatment, it is necessary to distinguish the materials, choose different additive according to materials.
2. Treatment should be uniformity fully. Change the accessory frequently such as gauze, cotton and etc.
3. To coat after the additive is dry completely. The coating quantity should be uniformity.
4. No adding hardener can get the requirements,easy to operate,reduce cost and prevent waste.
5. After coating, the temperature of drying should be suggested at 60-70°C, the time of drying suggested at 4-5min. Place it in moisture place,otherwise likely to cause the surface crust or surface of the white mist, then bad.
6. To choose the best time of adhesion for gluing.
7. It must be finishing the whole pressing within the time of adhesion-keeping.
8. Setting the time and scale of pressing suitably. The bigger the pressing, the better of catching. Time should be
controlled in 8-12'.
9. To clean the brush in water.
10. To remove the pollution by dressing agent so that the solvent can't infiltrate into the layer of binding agent.
